This Site is owned and operated by Company B Ltd trading as Belvoir (ABN 97 002 866 828).


Please read these Terms of Sale carefully before using the Site. By using this online site, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions.


Tickets sold by Belvoir pursuant to your using this Site are sold by Belvoir as agent for the person ("Seller") responsible for the relevant event and are subject to the conditions of sale of the Seller.


The tickets are also sold subject to the following terms and conditions:


1. Tickets cannot be exchanged or returned after purchase except as outlined in the Entertainment Code of Fair Practice.

2. The right is reserved to vary advertised programs, to add withdraw or substitute artists where necessary.

3. The right of admission is reserved and is subject to the Seller's and venue's terms of admission.


4. Latecomers will not be given access to the auditorium unless there is a suitable/convenient break in the program.


5.This ticket may not, without the prior written consent from Belvoir and the seller, be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via online auction sites) either by the original purchase or any subsequent bearer. If a ticket is sold in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission.


6. No recording devices of any kind are permitted to be brought into the auditorium.


7. The right is reserved to broadcast or telecast any event.


8. Ticket holders enter the venue at their own risk.


9. Prices listed on this site include GST where applicable.


10. You must allow adequate time for collection of tickets on arrival at the venue.


11. Where concessions are applicable, suitable and valid identification must be provided for collection of tickets and at the venue.


12. Belvoir is committed to observing the National Privacy Principles of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). The NPP's can be found at www.privacy.gov.au.
Belvoir collects personal information for booking purposes and occasionally as agent for partner Promoters at Belvoir St Theatre, for the purposes of cancellation notification, accounting and marketing of future events. The collected information may be disclosed to the Promoter by Belvoir for these purposes. The collected information will be dealt with by Belvoir and the Promoter in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and other laws. You are not obliged to provide information, but a failure to do so may mean you cannot purchase tickets. On your request, we will remove your details from our mailing list. Mailing list preferences can also be adjusted by you through the Other than as outlined above, Belvoir does not, unless required by law, or with your consent, disclose personal information it has collected to third parties.
