PAUL

Following the success of Parramatta Girls, Wesley Enoch returns to direct another impeccable line up of actors, this time with eight men and one woman taking centre stage in Paul. Renowned theatre and film actor Robert Menzies returns to Belvoir St as Paul, and is joined by Steve Le Marquand as Peter, Ewen Leslie as Jesus, Paula Arundell as Mary Magdalene, Jason Klarwein as James, brother of Jesus, Hazem Shammas as Barnabas, James Evans as an Arab trader, Graham Rouse as the Roman gaoler and veteran actor Jonathan Hardy as Nero.
Paul was a controversial smash-hit when it premiered in London in 2005 and it will no doubt be one of the great talking points of Sydney’s theatre scene when Company B brings it to the stage. Book now to make sure you don't miss this compelling production.

ANNA IN THE TROPICS - B SHARP TICKET OFFER

Come and celebrate the start of the 2007 B Sharp season with this great special offer for the first production, Anna in the Tropics.
Travel to a hot and steamy cigar factory in Tampa, Florida, 1929. In Nilo Cruz’ Pulitzer Prize-winning drama, passions are stirred when a newly arrived lector reads Leo Tolstoy’s Anna Karenina to the cigar rollers. As life starts to mirror art, the tropical languor simmers to a boil that ends in both tragedy and regeneration.
The production features a fabulous cast directed by Nicholas Papademetriou - Zoe Carides, Christina Falsone, Rom Gulla, Radek Jonak, Dina Panozza, Lani Tupu and Steve Vella. Chekhovian themes of passion, progress and change hang in the cigar-smoked air of Anna in the Tropics.
Company B Bulletin readers can buy adult tickets at the concession price of $23 (that's a saving of $6) for three performances only:
Saturday 21 April, 8.15pm
