Tax Deductability

Both the Company B Theatre Foundation and the Belvoir St Theatre Redevelopment Fund are tax deductible funds listed on the register of cultural organisations under subdivision 30-B of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997. Donations $2.00 and over are fully tax deductible

Company B, with its unique mix of idealism, determination and fun, is internationally recognised as one of the world's most significant innovative theatre companies. Part of Company B's special energy flows from the relationship between the actors and the audience at Belvoir St Theatre.

With only 320 seats, it's an expensive relationship to maintain. Your donation will help Company B and Belvoir St Theatre. There are two ways to direct your support...

1. COMPANY B THEATRE FOUNDATION

Your support means we can keep our vision strong and not compromise our creative purpose. Your support can affect the choice of play, the length of rehearsal periods, the number of actors or musicians we employ, the scale of the production, in fact all the elements that feed into the quality and originality of our productions.

2. BUY A STEP IN THE DOWNSTAIRS THEATRE

In 2005, Company B launched a campaign to sell naming rights to our theatre's famous SEATS and the iconic STEPS leading to the Upstairs Theatre.

We are delighted that all the steps and most of the seats in the Upstairs Theatre have now been taken, plus all of the 80 seats in the Downstairs Theatre which were grabbed early on by one generouso individual!

We have now released the few steps in the Downstairs Theatre which can be purchased for a minimum of $1,000 per step. Your name would be written on a small individual plaque affixed to the top of the step.
